The pressure cooker is made of stainless steel and has a capacity of 20 liters. This pressure cooker is ideal for preparing vegetables, soup, (stewed) meat and other dishes. The shorter cooking time not only saves energy, but also preserves the flavors and vitamins better.
The Royal Swiss pressure cooker is equipped with a safety device that ensures that pressure can escape during cooking. This means that too much pressure can never build up in the pressure cooker. The 20 liter pressure cooker is easy to open/close using the lock on the handle.
This pressure cooker is made of stainless steel and has sturdy plastic handles. The pan is suitable for gas, electric, ceramic and halogen heat sources. This pan is therefore NOT suitable for induction heat.
NB! This is an extremely large pan, so check the dimensions carefully before ordering to avoid unnecessary returns.
